Welcome to More2Offer (“More2Offer,” “M2O,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the More2Offer website and your purchase of our Personal Income Opportunity Report.

2. The Personal Income Opportunity Report
The Personal Income Opportunity Report is a personalized research and analysis product.
Depending on your circumstances, the report may include:
personalized business or service concepts;
actual current employment opportunities;
information about potential customers or markets;
compensation or income calculations;
practical considerations;
licensing or regulatory considerations where relevant;
research sources and reality checks; and
suggested low-risk ways to investigate or test an opportunity.

3. No Guarantee of Income or Employment
More2Offer does not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of money, obtain employment, acquire customers, start a successful business, or achieve any other financial or professional result.
Any income figures, compensation information, projections, calculations, ranges, or examples in a report are intended as research-based estimates or reality checks, not promises.

Opportunities can change, disappear, become unavailable, or have requirements that affect your ability to pursue them.

4. Research Information Can Change
More2Offer researches current information when current information is required. However, employers, businesses, marketplaces, compensation, regulations, availability, prices, demand, and other conditions can change after research is conducted.
A report reflects information available during the research process and should not be understood as a guarantee that an opportunity will remain available after the report is delivered.
5. Your Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information through the Personal Income Opportunity Survey.
Our research and analysis depend substantially on the information you provide.
If you omit important information, provide inaccurate information, or later change circumstances that were relevant to the report, the report may no longer accurately reflect your situation.
6. Delivery
The Personal Income Opportunity Report is a digital product delivered electronically, generally by email.

7. Price and Payment
The current paid-market-test price for the Personal Income Opportunity Report is $39.95 as a one-time payment.
There is currently:
no subscription;
no recurring charge; and

8. Refunds
The purchase of a Personal Income Opportunity Report is a purchase of a personalized digital research product.
All sales are final.
Because the report is created specifically from the information submitted by the customer and delivered electronically, More2Offer does not provide refunds based on a customer's change of mind, dissatisfaction with the conclusions, disagreement with an opportunity identified in the report, failure to pursue an opportunity, failure to obtain employment or customers, or failure to achieve a desired income result.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property
The More2Offer website, branding, report format, written content, graphics, methodology, and other materials provided by More2Offer are owned by or licensed to More2Offer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may download, save, print, and use your report for your own personal purposes.
You may not commercially reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or use More2Offer's report as a competing product or service without written permission from More2Offer.

A report may identify third-party employers, businesses, marketplaces, websites, services, or other opportunities.
More2Offer does not control those third parties and is not responsible for:
their actions or decisions;

their products or services;

To the extent permitted by law, More2Offer's total liability relating to a purchased Personal Income Opportunity Report will not exceed the amount you paid More2Offer for that report.
