Why We Built This

More2Offer started with a pretty simple idea:

What if we stopped asking people what jobs they're qualified for—and started asking what they already have that could be valuable to someone else?

Years of work can leave you with something that's difficult to put on a résumé: experience.

You may know how to solve problems, organize things, work with people, fix things, sell things, teach things, manage things, or simply get things done.

But figuring out how those abilities could translate into additional income isn't always obvious.

We Think There's More There

More2Offer was created to help people look at their experience from a different angle.

We don't believe everyone needs to start a business. We don't believe everyone needs a side hustle. And we certainly don't believe every opportunity is going to make you rich.

Sometimes the right answer is a part-time job.

Sometimes it's a small service you could provide.

Sometimes it's freelance or project work.

Sometimes it's something you never would have thought of yourself.

Our job is to help you find the possibilities worth considering.
